FOR ONE UN HOUSE IN SAMOA ON A LONG-TERM AGREEMENT (LTA) BASIS UNDP invites quotations for the provision of recruit, train, manage, and supervise unarmed security personnel to ensure safe access control, perimeter security, and regular patrol coverage, consistent with UNSMS requirements and local laws. The required duty locations and guard posts are at (i) Main entrance gate, (ii) Exit gate, and (iii) Patrol functions. The schedule is based on 12‑hour shifts, with an indicative staffing requirement. The UPSS provider must deliver standard guard services including access control and visitor verification; assistance to visitors and staff; response to incidents and emergencies (security alerts, fire alarms, medical events, and other urgent situations); and regular patrols, where guards assigned
