Functional oxygen plants are also operating far below their optimal production level. 11 plants are included in the PPP with a total potential production capacity of 4,544.30 LPM (or equivalent to 272.81 Nm3/h). This means that 280,979 cylinders of the 8,500 L size can be filled per year, which translates to 769 cylinders per day.
