- Avoir une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans la communication institutionnelle, et a déjà occupé des postes de responsabilité du volet communication au sein des institutions ou des projets du Gouvernement;
- Maitrise parfaite de la lange Malagasy et Française (écrite et parlée) avec une forte capacité rédactionnelle;
- Bonne maitrise du logiciel Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) et de l’Internet;
- Familier Maitrise parfaitement les réseaux sociaux;
