Un chef de mission titulaire d’un diplôme d’Expert-Comptable justifiant d’au moins 05 ans d’expérience en audit financier, ayant une bonne connaissance des procédures de gestion fiduciaire et audits des projets de la Banque Mondiale et ayant participé en tant que chef de mission à au moins 03 missions d’audit de projets financés par les Partenaires de Développement;
Auditeurs (au moins 3) ayant un diplôme de niveau BACC + 4 au minimum justifiant au moins 03 missions d’audit de projets et 05 ans d’expériences professionnelles en audit;
La présence d’un Spécialiste en passation de marchés ayant une bonne connaissance des procédures de passation de marchés de l’IDA serait un atout
