Compensation for Occupation Injuries and Diseases (COID) Workman Compensation - Valid compliance certificate of Compensation for Occupation Injuries and Diseases (COID) Workman Compensation. 3. Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) - Valid compliance certificate with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) 4.
