The objective of this assignment is to develop a concise and practice-oriented guidance document on fair recruitment provisions in BLMAs, based on international labour standards and existing ILO guidance and good practice on fair recruitment, and aimed at supporting ILO constituents and partners involved in the negotiation, revision and implementation of BLMAs.
