KIGALI LOGISTICS PLATFORM CONNECTIVITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECt REQUEST FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (Individual Consultants - IC) Expression of Interest for the Recruitment of Five (5) Local Individual Consultants for the Transport Sector Working Group (T-SWAP) at the Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) Financing Agreement reference : Credit No: 7530-RW and 7531-RW Project ID No. : P180228 The Government of the Republic of Rwanda (GoR) received a financing from the World Bank under the Kigali Logistics Platfom Connectivity Development Project.
Part of the project financing intends to cover eligible payments for the services of experts to Support the Transport Sector Working Group (T-SWAp). The experts to be recruited are for the following positions: • Transport SWAp Coordinator • Transport Policy and Economics Specialist • External Links and Donors Coordinator • Transport SWAp Engineer • Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) now invites eligible candidates/ individual consultants to express their interest in providing the above-mentioned services.
Interested candidates must provide information indicating their qualifications for performing the services (CVs); Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated September 2023; Interested candidates may obtain ToR including eligibility criteria at www.rtda.gov.rw and further information at the address below during office hours from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays), or email from the below address; Attention to: Director General Rwanda Transport Development Agency/Procurement Unit KG 563St, Queen’s Land House, 1st Floor P.O Box: 6674, Kigali-Rwanda Email: procurement@rtda.gov.rw Interested candidates are required to apply through the following email: procurement@rtda.gov.rw with a copy to info@rtda.gov.rw not later than 02/12/2024 at 3:00pm local time (1:00PM GMT) and addressed to the Director General of RTDA and mention “Expression of interest of service for the assignment”.
The applications shall be accompanied by a signed CV and certified academic and professional certificate in a single PDF document bearing the tittle “which position of Consultancy Services” to support the Transport Sector Working Group (T-SWAp).
