REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR HIRING OF GREEN DIGITAL EXPERT, SMART AFRICA DIGITAL ACADEMY –DTfA / WARDIP SOP – 1 Procuring Agency: Smart Africa Alliance Country: Rwanda Name of Project: Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 Position: Green Digital Expert, Smart Africa Digital Academy –DTfA / WARDIP SOP – 1 Reference No.: RW-SAA-482214-CS-INDV Grant No.: IDA-E2670 The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost of Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for these services.

The Green Digital Expert, Smart Africa Digital Academy –DTfA / WARDIP SOP – 1for a period of one (1) year renewable upon satisfaction of services and availability of funds. The Smart Africa Alliance now invites eligible candidates to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
