RFQ-2026-04 Recruitment of Lead HIV Program Consultant to support the development of Côte d’Ivoire’s grant application to the GC8.

The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for UNAIDS to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide coordination and technical support to the team responsible for developing the new funding application for the GC8 grant.

The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of public health with proven expertise In the preparation of grant applications to the Global Fund.

The proposal and all correspondences and documents relating thereto shall be prepared and submitted in the French language.
