REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST RECRUITMENT OF REGIONAL COORDINATOR - SADA -FRANCOPHONE WESTERN AND CENTRAL AFRICA - DTFA/ WARDIP SOP-1 Procuring Agency: Smart Africa Alliance Country: Rwanda Name of Project: Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 Position: Regional Coordinator - SADA -Francophone Western and Central Africa - DTfA/ WARDIP SOP-1 Reference No.: RW-SAA-519155-CS-INDV Grant No.: IDA-E2670 The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost of Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for recruitment of Regional Coordinator - SADA -Francophone Western and Central Africa - DTfA/ WARDIP SOP-1 for a period of three (3) years renewable subject to funds availability and performance.
