REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR HIRING OF REGIONAL COORDINATOR SADA – Northern Africa and Nigeria - DTfA/ WARDIP SOP-1 (Labour Employment) Procuring Agency: Smart Africa Alliance Country: Rwanda Name of Project: Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 Position: Regional coordinator SADA – Northern Africa and Nigeria - DTFA/ WARDIP SOP-1 Reference No.: RW-SAA-411421-CS-INDV Grant No.: IDA-E2670 The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost of Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for these services.

The Regional Coordinator SADA – Northern Africa and Nigeria - DTFA/ WARDIP SOP-1will provide the service for a period of three (3) years renewable upon satisfaction of services and availability of funds.
