Recruitment of Social Specialist for Rodrigues Airport Project

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT SELECTION COUNTRY: Mauritius NAME OF PROJECT: Rodrigues Airport Project LOAN No: 9591 - MU Project ID: P180266 Assignment Title: Consultancy services – Social Specialist Reference No.: MU-AML-450052-CS-INDV The Government of Mauritius has received financing from the World Bank for the Rodrigues Airport Project, which has been co-financed by the European Union, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Social Specialist shall ensure the project complies with the provisions of all social related documents and processes required under the ESF and referred to in the ESCP, ESMF, RPF, RAPs, LMP, including stakeholder engagement and community consultation, monitoring of the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) and related reporting through resolution of grievances, and implementation of the Sexual Exploitation and Abuse/Sexual Harassment (SEA/SH) Action Plan, as part of the ESMP as described in the detailed Terms of Reference.
