Recruitment of Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Law Expert — EU Alignment Support

Description of the Assignment: To provide a support in the process of the harmonization of Serbia’s national tax procedural framework with EU requirements under Chapter 16 – Taxation, by reviewing the existing provisions of the Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Law and by assessing their alignment with applicable European Union legislation, principles, and best practices. To support the State Tax Administration (STA) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF), in fulfilling European Union accession requirements under Chapter 16 – Taxation, through the modernization, alignment, and harmonization of national tax legislation and practices with the EU acquis.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
