Stage 2 Mandatory Administration Criteria (a) Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 5GB or higher. This grading must be valid. (b) Submit completed and signed Form of Offer. Please refer from page 2 of 42 on Contract document. (c) Bidders must attend compulsory briefing session and compulsory site inspection on 31 August 2026 at 10 a.m. Both meetings are compulsory and are on the same day.
