REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS COUNTRY: REPUBLIC OF ANGOLA PROJECT: Water Sector Institutional Development Project II (WSIDP II) LOAN No. IBRD-87020/ IBRD-88760/ COFN-C1560 ASSIGNMENT: For Procurement under Emergency Response Operations Rehabilitation of Boreholes FH05 and FH06 – Calumue REFERENCE No. 196W3/UCP/25 Request for Quotation (RFQ) • The Government of the Republic of Angola (GoA) has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Second Water Sector Institutional Development Project (WSIDP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Boreholes FH05 and FH06 – Calumue. • The Employer now invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for the execution of rehabilitation works on existing boreholes.

The scope includes, but is not limited to: the supply and installation of all required materials and equipment; the execution of all necessary works, including preliminary preparation activities; completion works; all required connections; integration with existing infrastructure; final testing; and ensuring full operational performance and functionality of the rehabilitated boreholes.. The works shall be completed within 6 (six) months from contract signature. • Bidding will be conducted through Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Regulations. • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the RFQ document at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 hours or by email request. • Quotations must be delivered in written form to the address below on or before December 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM Angola Local Time.

To facilitate the procurement process, the Employer may require copies of the same quotations in other formats (such as in Word or Excel).
