All Contractors Class 2&3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.Subject : Renovation of Saint Louis District Administration officePlace of Performance : Saint LouisPerformance Period : Eight (8) Weeks from commencement date.Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Inner Islands, Accounts Section, Oceangate House, Room 235 as of Monday 31st August, 2026 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1430Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- eachClosing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday04th September, 2026 at 1430Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Monday 07th September, 2026 at 9:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Saint Louis DA’s office meeting room.Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
