All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration, a comprehensive and concise Environmental and Social Management Strategies and Implementation Plans (ES-MSIP) and shall submit the Code of Conduct that will apply to the Contractor’s employees and subcontractors as required by ITB 11.1 (h) of the Bid Data Sheet. • A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) per lot. The method of payment will be by bank draft in favor of Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project. The document will be collected by bidder’s representative on request. • Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12.00 Noon on Tuesday 29th September 2026 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount stated in the table above.
