RENOVATION WORKS ON RESIDENTIAL BLOCK AT DAN MARIANNE HOUSING ESTATE – LES MAMELLES ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractors Class Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in SeychellesConditions:Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity;Which has/have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor orWhere actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor.PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Five (5) MonthsACCESS TO TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained via email procurement@pmc.sc on Monday 26th October 2026 as from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
