RE ROOFING WORKS ON TWO (2) BLOCKS EX LTD HOUSING ESTATE CASCADE SOURCE OF FINANCE: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (PMC)ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractors Class Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (3) MonthsACCESS TO TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC) via email procurement@pmc.sc as from Monday 27th July 2026 as from 9:00am to 2:00pm Deadline for obtaining the tender dossier shall be on Friday 31st July 2026 not later than 2:00pm.To obtain the Tender Dossier, Potential Bidders shall submit a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN and copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate or SRC confirmation letter for the financial year 2026.PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 04th August 2026 at 9:30am.

The meeting point shall be at the Car Park of the Ex LTD Housing Estate Cascade (02nd Housing Estate after Ex SSU) For any query regarding the site visit kindly contact the project secretary on 2712481 ONE DAY before date of visit.Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE-ROOFING WORKS ON TWO (2) BLOCKS OF FLATS AT EX LTD HOUSING ESTATE, CASCADE” & DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:00AM ON WEDNESDAY 19TH AUGUST 2026.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
