Description

Appointment of a panel of Professional Service Providers (Architecture and Project and Construction Management Consultancy Services) for inclusion in a Database for Dr Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality for three (3) years (as and when required basis)

Special Conditions:

Tender documents are uploaded on E-Tender Portal, the tender document is for free when downloading from E-Tender portal, but if the tenderers want to buy it from SCM Unit it will be at a non-refundable tender fee of R500. The tender will be evaluated on compliance , functionality (minimum functionality to be deemed responsive = 70 points, and 80/20 point system (According PPR 2022, 80=price and 20points = women=5, disability=5, youth= 5 and military veteran= 5 points).
