Clause 6.5 of the Special Condition of Contract: The Department will not appoint the same Service Provider for more than one area per discipline. This will be done in the interest of spreading work between more Service Providers. The Department will only appoint the same Service Provider with more than one area per Discipline in the cases where there is a shortfall of successful bidders in the area and within the estimate Price range for the area bided. It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading of 5ME or higher Contact:
