Study and Supervision of Installation of Photovoltaic Solar System — Nyamata Mobile Field Hospital

TITLE: STUDY FOR DETAILED DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR SYSTEM AT NYAMATA MOBILE FIELD HOSPITAL

The Rwanda Biomedical Centre/Single Project Implementation Unit (RBC/SPIU) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by World Bank towards the STUDY FOR DETAILED DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR SYSTEM AT NYAMATA MOBILE FIELD HOSPITAL. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the above-mentioned tender.

• The RBC-SPIU now invites, by the present invitation to tender, eligible bidders for STUDY FOR DETAILED DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR SYSTEM AT NYAMATA MOBILE FIELD HOSPITAL in 1 lot as detailed in ToRs of the RFP for an execution period of 3 months for studies and 6 Months for Supervision.

• Bidding will be conducted through open tender via umucyo E-procurement system.

• Invited bidders may obtain further information from e-procurement, www.umucyo.gov.rw.

• Qualification requirements include: (see bid data sheet). A margin of preference for eligible national bidders/joint ventures shall not be applied, as appropriate.

• A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by the invited bidders when downloaded online, free of charge.

• Bid must be delivered online through e-procurement before October 20th, 2023, at 11h00. The bid will be opened online.

• Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security specified in e-procurement system.
