DATE OF ISSUE	5th November, 2025• The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Kenya Marine Fisheries and Socioeconomic Development Project (KEMFSED), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 5 No. Longliner Offshore Fishing Boats.• The Fisheries and Blue Economy (County Department) now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of 5 No. Longliner Offshore Fishing Boats;• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4.
