2units • Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers’ 4th Edition, November 2023 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-to-1600-hour local time at the address ‘A’ given below from the day of the advertisement. • A complete set of bid documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address “A” below upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS1,000.00) for the bid document. • Bids (One Original, Two Hard Copies and One Soft Copy on a Pen drive) must be delivered to the address “B” at or before 10am, Friday 7th November 2025.
