• The Government of Ghana has received financing from the IDA-World Bank towards the Ghana Tree Crop Diversification Project (GTCDP). Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) being the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) intends to apply part of the proceeds to fund eligible payments under the contract for the DELIVERY OF 3NO. MID-RANGE CROSS COUNTRY VEHICLES AND 2NO. 4X4 DOUBLE CABIN PICKUPS

• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers’ 4th Edition, November 2023 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-to-1600-hour local time at the address ‘A’ given below from the day of the advertisement.

• A complete set of bid documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address “A” below upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS1,000.00) for the bid document.

• Bids (One Original, Two Hard Copies and One Soft Copy on a Pen drive) must be delivered to the address “B” at or before 10am, Friday 7th November 2025. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or/their representatives who choose to attend at address “B” below at 10am, Friday 7thNovember 2025
