Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Adamawa State AGILE Project Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours [8.00 am to 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays] at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in the English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand (NGN 100,000.00) Naira only. Bids must be delivered to the address below not later than 12:00 p.m. local time on or before July 10th 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on August 6th 2026, at 13:00 p.m. local time. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration,” duly signed by the bidder’s legal representative as required in the bidding document 8.
