This is a Corrigendum No. 3 to the advertisement with reference number DREP-PP4A for the Supply and Installation of Smart Meters to Eleven (11) Distribution Companies: DREP-PP4A that was published on the UNDB Online and two National daily newspapers (Thisday and Punch) of 12th January, 2026.

The Corrigendum is issued to inform all the prospective bidders that the above-referenced bid submission has been suspended pending the resolution of issues in Suit No. FHC/KN/CS/214/2026 ASSOCIATION OF METER MANUFACTURERS OF NIGERIA Versus. TCN & four (4) Others.

The Court Injunction has not been resolved, hence, the bid submission date is further extended from 11th June 2026 to 25th June 2026 by 12.00pm Nigerian Local time.

All other provisions of the issued bidding document remain the same.
