The Government of Southern Sudan has received a Grant from the MultiDonor Trust Fund (MDTF) through the International Development Association (IDA) (hereinafter called "Grant") toward the cost of the Capacity Building, Institutional and Human Resource Development Project.

The Grant Recipient intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued. • The Ministry of Labour, Public Services and Human Resource Development now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Servers, Peripherals and Accessories. • 5.
