Grant No.: E1160-SL RFB Reference No.: SL-MAFS-559023-GO-RFB Issued: Wednesday, 22nd July 2026 • The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the West Africa Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP-2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Mobile Water Laboratory Equipment (2-Portable multi-parameter water quality kit, 1-Portable XRF Analyzer, 1-Portable heavy metal analyzer, Mobile Diagnostic unit etc.) for Water Resources under Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security • The West Africa Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP-2) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of Mobile Water Laboratory Equipment (2-Portable multi-parameter water quality kit, 1-Portable XRF Analyzer,1-Portable heavy metal analyzer, Mobile Diagnostic unit etc.) for Water Resources under Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. • Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020, September 2023, and September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from:
