TITLE OF THE TENDER: Supply of seeds for vegetable crops ( Chilli seeds) PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING The Government of Rwanda (GOR) has received a grant and credit from Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) and International Development Association (IDA) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to finance the Supply of seeds for vegetable crops ( Chilli seeds). The Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB) / Single Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) invite eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of seeds for vegetable crops ( Chilli seeds). For submission purpose, each bidder must pay a nonrefundable amount equal to Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw). The amount to be deposited to the RRA account opened in any commercial Bank. All bids will be submitted online using the Rwanda On-Line E-Procurement system through www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than the date and time indicated by e-procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the Rwanda Online E-Procurement system on the same day as per the time indicated by the e-procurement system. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the Rwanda Online E-Procurement system in 14 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
