Supply of high performance computers and storm detection software — Ministry of Environment (World Bank funded)

Bidding Procedures Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB) Title: Supply of (1) high performance computers, suitable software for storm detection using radar's systems The Ministry of Environment (MOE) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by The World Bank towards the cost of implementation of the Volcano Community Resilience, the Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. The Ministry of Environment invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Supply of (1) high performance computers, suitable software for storm detection using radar's systems as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Document will be obtained through E-procurement system of Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) for free of charge but for submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee of eight Thousand Rwandan Francs(8,000 Frw) paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any Commercial Bank in Rwanda. Bids shall be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before time generated by the system by local Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically through E-Procurement system on the same time generated by the system.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline as mentioned above. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a bid security with the amount mentioned in the system All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E- Procurement system within two third (2/3) before the fixed deadline for the submission of Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Laws and Regulations of the Public Procurement of Rwanda.
