Supply of ICT Equipment for Family Planning Counseling Centers in Mongolia

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) intends to procure ICT equipment for Family Planning Counseling Centers in 12 provinces and Ulaanbaatar.

Eligible bidders capable of delivering the required goods and related services within Mongolia are hereby invited to submit their quotations.

Please find the solicitation document and the required forms attached for your reference.

Kindly submit your technical and financial proposals via email to [email protected] no later than the deadline indicated in the solicitation document.

UNFPA hereby informs that the following amendments have been made to the original Request for Quotation (RFQ) published on 4 March 2026.

• Commercial requirements have been amended to include additional Incoterms. Please refer to the following documents for details of the amendments:

• Amendment No. 1
• Solicitation Document (amended on 10 March 2026)
• Price Quotation Form (amended on 10 March 2026)

• The Price Quotation Form has been revised in line with the updated commercial requirements mentioned above. Bidders are kindly requested to use the amended Price Quotation Form when submitting their quotations.

All other terms and conditions of RFQ No. UNFPA/MNG/RFQ/26/002 remain unchanged.
