BIDDING PROCEDURES: Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (“Procurement Regulation”) and is open to all selected bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest. BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. Friday 10th July 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 10.00a.m on Friday 10th July 2026.
