Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Seychelles Name of Project: Solid Waste Management Project Contract Title: Procurement of Materials for the Expansion of the Providence Landfill Project No. P181243 RFB Reference No.: SC-PDCS-575616-GO-RFB • The Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy & Natural Resources financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Solid Waste Management Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Procurement of Materials for the Expansion of the Providence Landfill.

• The Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy & Natural Resources now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Materials for the Expansion of the Providence Landfill. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. • All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration Form. 8.
