INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR NON CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR UECCC

UECCC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provison of the bove Non Consultancy Servies

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with National Competitive bidding method as provided in World Bank Prourement Regulations for IPF Borrowers revised September 2025

Interested bidders may obtain more information and inspect bidding doument from address below from 8 to 5pm during working days.

Bids will isusued upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ugx.200,000/= to UECCC account. Account details can be obtained from address below or by sending email to [email protected]

Bids must be supported by bid security of Ugx.20m inform of a bank Guarantee.

Bid closing date is 13th July 2026 at 11am EAT. Tehnical bids will be opened on 13th July 2026 at 11.30am EAT.
