NG-KADUNA L-PRES-551350-GO-RFQ 1st September, 2026 --------------------------------------- --------------------------------------- --------------------------------------- --------------------------------------- KADUNA STATE LIVESTOCK PRODUCTIVITY AND RESILIENCE SUPPORT PROJECT (L-PRES) REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS • The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of implementing the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contract for the Procurement 1 number Four-Wheel Drive, Double Cabin with Canopy (Ambulatory Mobile Van) and 10 number Motorcycles with carrying box. • Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers for the GOODS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND AS PER THE ATTACHED SHEDULE OF REQUIREMENT to be delivered to Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, National Livestock Development Project Office Complex, No. 9 Yakubu Gowon Way, Kaduna State. • Your quotations should reach the undersigned within 14 Days from the date of this letter. • The Goods shall be procured through National Shopping procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Guidelines. • This request for quotation has been addressed to four (4) other Contractors of these items. • All Goods delivered shall be inspected and must conform to the contract and any substandard Goods shall be rejected. • Goods shall be delivered within Sixty (60) days from the date of signing of the contract, together with Supplier’s invoice showing their description, quality, unit price, and total amount. • The Supplier shall warrant that the Goods supplied under the contract are new and unused.12-month warranty is required for the goods proposed for supply. • The Supplier shall not assign, in whole or in part, its obligation to perform under this contract, except with the written consent of Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project. • Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project may terminate the contract, if the Supplier fails to deliver any or all the Goods within the period specified, or within any extension thereof granted in writing by the Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project Office. • The Supplier’s request for payment shall be made in writing, accompanied by an invoice as stated in clause 8. All payments shall be made promptly and in no case later than twenty (21) days after delivery and acceptance of Goods. • Hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be paid on supply of Goods and upon submission of delivery documents acceptable to Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project within twenty-one (21) days after the date of certification. • Prices charged by the Supplier for Goods delivered and services rendered shall not vary from prices quoted. Prices shall therefore be fixed. • The Supplier shall be entirely responsible for taxes. • Goods delivered shall be branded with ‘L PRES’ provided logo. • The validity period for the quotation shall be sixty (60) days from the date of submitting the quotation. • Original copy of quotation shall be submitted sealed in an envelope and addressed to The Project Coordinator, Attention, The Procurement Officer, Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, National Livestock Development Project Office Complex, No. 9 Yakubu Gowon Way, Kaduna State. • The successful Supplier shall be notified in writing and furnished with a Purchase Order and shall have an effective contract with Kaduna Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project on receipt of duly signed dated contract by the purchaser. • Please confirm receipt of this letter and let us know if your firm will submit quotation.
