Please find below a summary of the tasks to be carried out:
The consultant will serve as a senior expert in employment and activation services to support the Ministry of Labour in Jordan under the Youth NEET programme. The assignment will focus on conducting a targeted mapping and diagnostic of employment and activation services in selected pilot locations, structuring a simple NEET service flow, and developing practical operational tools, including a service directory, NEET profiles, and referral guidance.
