SCOPE OF WORK This consultancy assignment is structured into two (2) Lots to reflect the funding conditions associated with supporting Dominica’s Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) under the Climate Promise initiative. The separation into Lots is based on the distinction between: Lot 1 – Core Technical Assessments: Upstream technical and sectoral analyses required to inform national ambition and policy options for the development of NDC 3.0. Lot 2 – Article 6 Assessments, Stakeholder Engagement, and Knowledge Management Activities: Activities supporting Article 6 readiness and strategic options for participation in carbon markets under the Paris Agreement, as well as stakeholder engagement, stakeholder validation, knowledge management, communications, and c
