Subject: The contractor will provide technical assistance to the design and implementation of interventions (Actions, Team Europe Initiatives, Global Gateway flagships and investments, including the use of financial instruments), and to the provision of policy analyses, relevant knowledge, data and tools, and to the mobilisation of private sector and financial institutions, in the field of circular economy and water.

Services are provided on a demand-driven basis to partner countries, EU Delegations and INTPA services to contribute to the circular economy transition, to the access to water, sanitation and hygiene for all, and to the integrated approach of natural resources and water management. The support builds on the needs of partner countries, EU delegations and EU private sector, while leveraging EUs competitive offer. Services will target Directorate General INTPA partner countries and regions, as well as global programs.
