BIDDING PROCESS IS OPEN FOR ALL VENDORS IN THE PACIFIC REGION; ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Please find attached the specifications and the required forms to be filled. The Request for Proposal for Services From (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with your offer. If the Request for Proposal for Services From (pages 3 to 5) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.
