The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO), Bauchi, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of 60 No of 10,000 Ltr Capacity Solar Boreholes and Drinking Tough in Producers Cluster Grazing Reserve Stock Root Across the State and Construction of 5,000 Ltr Solar Borehole in 15 Units Renovated / Constructed Slaughterhouses (lot 1-3) Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Bauchi State Coordination Office (SCO) Bauchi and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Revised Edition of February 2025(“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4 Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Bauchi State Coordination Office (L-PRES) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (local time) – Monday – Friday, at the address given below.
5 The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) Only.
