Procurement For The Supply Of Diving And Survey Equipment For Marine Protected Areas (MPA) Authorities

The Department of Blue Economy is inviting for bids from both Local and International manufacturers/suppliers for the Procurement for the Supply of Diving and Survey Equipment for Marine Protected Areas (MPA) Authorities.

• The offers should be CIF basis to Mahe, Seychelles.

• The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 6 months from Date of Award of contract.

The tender has been divided into five (5) Lots and bidders may participate in one or more lots. A Bidder may be awarded with one or more Lots.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Friday 19th May 2023 to Friday 26th May 2023 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Seychelles time). No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTALhttps://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-for-the-supply-of-diving-and-survey-equipment-for-marine-protected-areas-mpa-authorities-2 WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NO LATER THAN 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 20TH JUNE 2023. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF DIVING & SURVEY EQUIPMENT FOR MARINE PROTECTED AREAS (MPA) AUTHORITIES” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE(S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

Any Bid received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder, either electronically or manually.
