- The Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone has secured funding from the World Bank to implement the Enhancing Sierra Leone Energy Access Project (ESLEAP), with Grant Number IDA-E1810 and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Procurement of Switchgears Spare parts. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Designated Account disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
