  • TDB now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services ((cover/application letter summarizing the relevant experience and indicating its relevance to the assignment, detailed curriculum vitae (CV), copies of documentary evidence of academic and professional qualifications). The shortlisting criteria are:• A minimum of a master’s degree in project management, Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Development, Finance, or other relevant field from a recognized institution. • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in programme implementation, grant management, project coordination, development finance, or donor-funded programmes. • Minimum 2 years demonstrated working with results-based financing, performance-based grants, challenge funds, blended finance, or similar development finance instruments. • Demonstrated experience supporting implementation of projects financed by multilateral or bilateral development partners. • Practical experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, consultants, private sector partners, and development partners. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant programme management systems. • Demonstrated experience in energy access, digital connectivity, infrastructure, agriculture, climate finance, or private sector development programmes. • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French, Arabic, or Portuguese is desirable. • The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” First Published July 2016 and Revised Fifth Edition September 2023, (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. • A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations:
