Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at this link:https://www.liberiasp.gov.lr/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/sct_tor_sp_dc_20_11_24.pdf4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the REALISE Project Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Old Maternity Center, Capitol Bye Pass, between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public Holidays. For proper direction, you may call +231777027610.5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$30.00. The payment, which is to be made in person, to the Finance Officer of the REALISE Project, is applicable to those who will want to receive hard copy of the document. Those requesting and receiving the document through email will not have to pay; the document will be emailed free of charge.6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, December 30, 2024, not later than 1:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted, and late Bids will be rejected.
