Experience of having completed at least five (5) similar assignments about nationwide sanitizations and campaigns for government Ministries, Departments and Agencies of similar scope, nature in the last Four (4) years;
Presence of appropriate skills among staff; Team Leader / Senior Change Management Specialist, Account Manager, Digital Adoption and e-Government Specialist, Strategic Communications Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Training and Learning Specialist, Visual and graphics Design Expert. (please do not submit CVs and biodata of experts at this stage). The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.15 and 3.16, of the World Bank’s ‘Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Seventh Edition September 2025 (Procurement in investment Project Financing; Goods, Works, Non- Consulting and Consulting Services), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations “Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Seventh Edition September 2025”.
