RENOVATION WORKS ON TWO BLOCKS OF FLATS AT EX-ARMY HOUSING ESTATE – SANS SOUCIS ELIGIBILITY:The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class Two (2) and Three (3) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 5 months SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Monday 7th August 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 14th August 2023 not later than 2.30pm Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 15th August 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting place shall be outside Bel Air Administration Office.Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON TWO BLOCKS OF FLATS AT EX-ARMY HOUSING ESTATE – SANS SOUCIS” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM TUESDAY 29th AUGUST 2023 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM.
