• Price per unit and total price in Kwacha

• Value Added Tax (VAT) shown separately (Where applicable)

• Delivery shall be to the Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security Headquarter

• Delivery shall be 1 to 3 weeks. Bids offering delivery beyond 3 weeks will be rejected.

• Payment shall be within 30 days after acceptance of goods.

• Certificate of incorporation/registration with PACRA printout

• Bidders should quote for all items

• valid social security

• Manufactures’ authorisation/ Distributor authorisation

• Warranty period of 1 year
