9Xtools Pro2• The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning (MLHCP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Survey & Mapping Equipment with Accessories & Software, including Configuration of the Equipment & Training to the premises of the MLHCP at Youyi Building Brookfield’s, Freetown within eight (8) weeks.• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids(RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 and September, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Sierra Leone Land Administration Project (SLLAP) office located at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning (MLHCP), 3rd Floor Youyi Building Brookfield’s, Freetown and inspect the bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1700 hours Sierra Leone time) at the address given below.• The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty United State Dollars (USD 50) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency acceptable to the purchaser. The method of payment will be electronic Bank transfer (No Cash or Cheque payment is allowed at the Project Office).
