Experience Supporting Government Reforms. • References and Past Performance. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. The Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection method (IC) set out in the Procurement Regulations. Applicable Procurement Regulations The establishment and management of the Technical Assistance Provider Pool shall be conducted in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, the Financing Agreement for HOPE PHC, and applicable Government of Nigeria procurement requirements. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by e-mail) and soft copy by 14th August 2026.
