INVITATION TO TENDER

PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF ONE HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPH (HPLC) and ONE SINGLE QUADRUPOLE INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA MASS SPECTROMETER (ICP MS)

The Department of Blue Economy is inviting for bids from both Local and International manufacturers/ suppliers for the Procurement for One High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) and One Single Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP MS).

The tender have been divided into two (2) Lots and bidders may participate in one or both lots. A Bidder may be awarded with one or both Lots.

• The offers should be CIF basis to Mahe, Seychelles.

• The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within six (6) weeks from Date of Award of contract.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Monday 7th March 2022 to Monday 21st March 2022 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Seychelles time). No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Bids must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Mahe Seychelles, and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “The Procurement of Supply of for One High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) and One Single Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP MS)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Mahe Seychelles no later than at 10:00 hrs Seychelles Time on Tuesday 19th April 2022.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00 hrs Seychelles Time at the venue mentioned above.

Any Bid received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder, either electronically or manually.

Bidders or their representative (s) are welcome to attend the tender opening session.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED
